HUMAN RESOURCES - TRAINING

All employees are sent to our installations at the Parque Tecnologico in Malaga, where we also have our research and development facilities and Training Centre.
Within these installations we have the tallest lift testing tower in Spain where new materials and designs are constantly being developed and tested to ensure all our products remain at the forefront of technology and market.

There are a variety of specialized divisions within the organisation. We have design, manufacturing and installation of lifts; the application of renewable energy and are specialists in difficult access and electronics where we hold several patents. In all, we are structured to ensure that we can meet our clients' requirements to the most exacting standards.
We employ and train locally resident people and provide them with a basic internship of which will cover basic training in all of the above. Incorporated in our training program is the City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 and 3 Maintenance Engineering (1688) courses which provide technical and practical skills plus a sound understanding of safety, tools and equipment. This course also incorporates an understanding of the statutory regulations and organisational requirements, the use of engineering drawing and documents in maintenance activities, working efficiently and effectively in engineering and hand-overs and confirming completion maintenance activities.
